TRADITIONAL BLENDED COGNACS

OUR TRADITIONAL COGNAC RANGE

Our traditional Cognac range is made from carefully selected and blended eaux-de-vie, aged in our cellars in the Chermignac.

Each Cognac has its own character, based on the age and profile of the eaux-de-vie used in the blend.

The range goes from young and versatile Cognacs, ideal for bars, restaurants and cocktails, to older Cognacs designed for neat drinking and premium spirits retail.

All our Cognacs are produced and bottled by Vallein Tercinier, an independent family-owned Cognac house with six generations of experience.

COGNAC VS

40% ABV · Young Cognac

A fresh and lively Cognac with a clean and fruity profile.

Aromas: fresh grapes, pear, apple, citrus and light vanilla.

Style: fresh, round and easy-drinking.

Ideal for: cocktails, long drinks, bars and restaurants, as well as neat drinking.

COGNAC VSOP

40% ABV · 5–7 years old

A balanced and versatile Cognac, combining fresh fruit with the first signs of oak ageing.

Aromas: ripe fruit, peach, pear, vanilla, light spice and toasted oak.

Style: smooth, fruity and balanced.

Ideal for: neat drinking, cocktails, bars, restaurants and retail.

COGNAC NAPOLÉON

40% ABV · Around 15 years old

A more mature Cognac with greater depth and complexity, while remaining fresh and approachable.

Aromas: dried fruit, apricot, vanilla, soft spices, oak and light rancio.

Style: round, rich and well balanced, with a longer finish.

Ideal for: neat drinking, premium cocktails, restaurants and specialist retail.

COGNAC XO VIEILLE RÉSERVE

40% ABV · Around 35 years old

A long-aged Cognac showing the depth and complexity developed through many years in oak.

Aromas: dried fruit, prune, fig, walnut, vanilla, spices, oak and rancio.

Style: rich, smooth, complex and persistent.

Ideal for: neat drinking, premium restaurants, specialist spirits shops and collectors.

COGNAC HORS D'ÂGE

42% ABV · Around 50 years old

A very old Cognac made from eaux-de-vie that have spent decades ageing in our cellars.

Aromas: very ripe and dried fruit, leather, tobacco, walnut, spices, old oak and deep rancio.

Style: deep, complex, powerful and extremely long.

Ideal for: neat drinking, premium hospitality, specialist retailers and Cognac enthusiasts.

XO ROOTS VT 46

46% ABV · XO

A more intense expression of our house style, bottled at 46% ABV.

The higher strength brings more body, concentration and length while keeping the balance developed through ageing.

Aromas: ripe fruit, dried fruit, spices, oak, vanilla and rancio.

Style: powerful, rich, structured and persistent.

Ideal for: neat drinking, premium bars, restaurants and specialist spirits retailers.

VT 46

46% ABV · Signature Cognac

A characterful Cognac bottled at 46% ABV, offering more intensity and structure than a traditional 40% ABV Cognac.

Aromas: cooked fruit, dried fruit, spices, oak and warm vanilla.

Style: full-bodied, intense and long.

Ideal for: neat drinking, premium cocktail programs and specialist spirits bars.
