This is the most exclusive expression of the Vallein Tercinier style.
Our Single Cask and Cask Strength Cognacs are selected from individual casks by the family and our cellar team. They are chosen for their character, balance, age, terroir and exceptional aromatic potential.
Each release is produced in a very limited quantity, usually around 350 to 400 bottles per cask, and never more than a few hundred bottles.
There is no large-scale production. Each cask is a unique selection.
These Cognacs are bottled at their natural strength, or with very limited intervention, in order to preserve the character developed during many years of ageing in oak.
Alcohol levels can vary significantly from one cask to another, depending on the age, cellar conditions and natural evolution of the Cognac.
