Heritage & Terroir : Winegrowers for five generations in La Londe-les-Maures, the Portal family has been managing Château Tour Saint Honoré since 1988. Our 32-hectare estate has been certified Organic (AB) since 2011, situated in the prestigious coastal terroir of La Londe, directly facing the Îles d'Or.

A Mosaic of Micro-Terroirs : Our vineyard gains its complexity from a remarkable diversity of soils and exposures:

• Borrels Valley (North) : Pure schist soil delivering exceptional minerality and freshness.
• Notre-Dame des Maures (Center) : Schist, clay, and rare sandstone slopes, perfect for crafting age-worthy wines.
• Haut & Bas Pansard (South & East) : Clay-rich soils giving birth to generous red wines and crisp, elegant white wines.

Our Wines : We produce high-end AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence La Londe wines (Rosé, White, and Red), combining family tradition, organic farming, and coastal elegance.
