The estate's barrel-aged cuvée. Predominantly Merlot, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, grown on gravel and clay soils. Aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels. Deep colour, with black fruit and liquorice on the nose. Velvety palate, long and spicy finish.
