Chef Bastien de Changy, an ambassador of responsible, zero-waste gastronomy, and his friend Alexis Zaouk, a passionate sommelier and winner of France’s Best Young Wine Merchant award, welcome you to their table in a “Just Like Home” spirit. Together, they create simple, sincere, and delicious bites that harmonize with the iconic cuvées of the Centre-Loire.

Alongside them, Centre-Loire winemakers will share this special moment, telling the stories of their wines, their terroirs,and their craft. Each pairing tells a story: that of a living vineyard, authentic encounters, and know-how passed down with heart. Come discover how Centre-Loire wines elevate seasonal, generous, and respectful cuisine in an atmosphere that feels… like home.

All the recipes created and wines presented will be available for tasting at the booth, featuring the Centre-Loire appellations: Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, Coteaux du Giennois, Châteaumeillant, and Pouilly-sur-Loire. ___
