Step into Napa Valley’s vanguard with four of its most forward-thinking winemakers: Nate Weis (Beaulieu Vineyard), Rosemary Cakebread (Gallica), Philippe Bascaules (Inglenook) and Chris Howell (Cain Vineyard & Winery). Over the course of this session, you’ll explore how tradition and experimentation intersect in Napa’s top estates, and how each of these voices is shaping the next frontier of premium wine.

You’ll hear how each winemaker applies innovation in context, from precision viticulture, cloned selections, canopy and irrigation strategies, to experimental cooperage, micro-oxygenation, extended aging and new blends. We’ll look at how each estate balances consistency and evolution while preserving the integrity that defines Napa Valley’s identity.

The session will include a tasting of four wines crafted by these winemakers, each intended to showcase how quality-driven innovation translates to justifiable expression in glass. This is your opportunity to compare stylistic directions side by side and engage with the trade’s most active stewards of Napa’s future.
