18 months in american oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 6 months
in bottle giving it the finesse and elegance of an authentic rioja.
Awine with great freshness, expression and vibrancy. enjoy it with
red meats, iberian charcuterie, roasts, stews and cured cheeses.
Vintage 2021:
The winter and spring were drier than usual, but during
september we had rainfall close to the harvest that increased the
weight of the bunches. the grapes were in good health and ripening
was well balanced.
in our estates the harvest lasted a week longer than the previous
season as a result of the exhaustive timing to harvest the grapes at
the perfect ripeness.
