2022 Saint & Scholar Pinot Noir
The Adelaide Hills experienced another exceptional vintage on the back of one of the best ever in 2021. A wet winter and spring, followed by a dry and mild summer created a long ripening period which led to excellent flavour development whilst maintaining natural acidity.
BOUQUET: The aroma of sweet canned cherries and strawberries.
PALATE: Crisp, grapefruit and rockmelon with hints of nectarine. Good acid drive with a nice mineral finish.
