2025 Saint & Scholar Pinot Gris
The 2025 Adelaide Hills vintage unfolded under dry conditions, with rainfall tracking well below average through winter and early spring. Fruit set and flowering were both strong, supported by a welcome burst of rain in October. Warm weather through summer accelerated ripening and harvest began earlier than usual, finishing ahead of previous years. Fruit ripened quickly and evenly, and remained clean and high in quality throughout picking. Access to reliable irrigation proved invaluable, allowing the team to manage the dry conditions and maintain canopy health.
BOUQUET: Aromas of melon, white fleshed stone fruit and hints of nashi pear.
PALATE: A rich palate of fresh melon, with hints of citrus and tropical fruits, finishing with crisp, balanced acidity.
