2025 Saint & Scholar Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit is chosen for its expressive flavor. Harvest takes place in the cool of the morning, when acidity is at its freshest and most vibrant. Grapes are gently bagpressed, with careful attention paid towards the end of the press cycle, as the skins hold the variety’s hallmark aroma and flavor.
BOUQUET: Aromas of fresh grapefruit, passionfruit and cut grass.
PALATE: Refreshing citris and tropical, passion fruit, honey melon, guava, kiwi fill the palate, finishing crisp, blanced acidity.
