During these 15 days of harvesting, we picked beautiful, healthy grapes.
The white and rosé wines are of very high quality and offer intense aromas. Fermentation has begun and is progressing well.
As for the reds, we have excellent fruit: the rains in August and September allowed us to achieve optimal ripeness in our four Syrah plots.
As you can imagine, 2025 is a truly exceptional vintage.
