La Vieille Poire® is crafted exclusively from carefully selected Williams pears, chosen for their intense and expressive aromatic potential. After fermentation, the pears are distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Our cellar master then meticulously selects the very best of the heart of the distillation, which is slowly aged until it reaches perfect maturity. The result is a refined digestif, delicately amber colored, enhanced by subtle, elegant woody notes.
