Innovative and Sustainable Grape Varieties
Developed from crosses between traditional grape varieties and naturally resistant species, Vidoc, Soreli, and Souvignier Gris represent a new generation of vines designed to better withstand diseases and pests.
These resistant grape varieties provide a concrete response to climate change. Better adapted to evolving growing conditions, they offer a natural and sustainable alternative for the viticulture of tomorrow.
A Strong Commitment to the Environment
Thanks to resistant grape varieties, vineyard treatments are significantly reduced: only 2 to 3 interventions per year, compared to 10 to 15 in conventional viticulture.
By limiting inputs and mechanical operations, the CEP’RESIST range promotes sustainable vineyard practices while maintaining high agronomic performance and reducing environmental impact.

Fewer tractor passes also mean:
reduced soil compaction,
improved soil respiration and vitality,
enhanced preservation and development of biodiversity.
