Where craftsmanship meets the ocean.
ETSU Gin introduces Etsu Pacific Ocean Water 2025 Limited Edition, a creation that bridges the depth of the sea and the serenity of Japanese artistry.
Distilled on the island of Hokkaido, this edition is reduced to 45% ABV with filtered water drawn directly from the Pacific Ocean, giving it a distinct mineral purity and a delicate salinity.
What truly sets this edition apart lies in its bottle, a work of art in itself: at the bottom of the bottle ests a hand-blown glass koi fish, sculpted and tinted in deep ocean blue, as if captured in the stillness of the sea.
The koi, a revered symbol in Japanese culture, embodies perseverance, harmony, and the flow of life.
Each bottle becomes a contemplative object, where tradition, craftsmanship, and emotion converge, a reflection of ETSU’s philosophy of harmony.
