Located in Cravant-les-Coteaux, in the heart of Chinon appellation, Domaine des Bernard farms 11 hectares of vineyards (10 ha Cabernet Franc, 1 ha Chenin) organically. The estate's soils of tuffeau, sand and silt give wines of remarkable precision and finesse.
Acquired in 2022 by Bernard Gault, the domaine is driven by passionate team led by Bernard Pelé, wirch oenologist Nicolas Réau as consultant. the wines are hand-harvested, naturally vinified, and crafted with minimal intervention to reveal the full expression of fruit and terroir.
Among the estate's signature wines, La Côte stands out as an exceptional Chenin blanc- tense, vibrant and mineral- born from a south-facing slope that captures the very essence of the tuffeau limestone.
