UNSIGNED. takes no commission and plays no part in the commercial relationship between producer and buyer, ensuring transparent, direct connections.
Why the Rebrand:
After ten highly successful years, Wines Unearthed, the award-winning platform supporting independent wine and spirits producers, is rebranding to UNSIGNED.
As the business expands internationally, the new name was chosen for two clear reasons: it is easier to pronounce across markets, and it more clearly explains what the platform does. UNSIGNED. represents producers who are not yet represented in key markets and who are actively looking to build new commercial relationships.
For buyers, UNSIGNED. offers a focused way to discover distinctive, market-ready producers who are open to direct commercial discussions. For producers, it signals readiness for distribution, representation and growth.
UNSIGNED. Unmissable talent from the world of wine and spirits, ready to do direct business with
you.
WHO YOU’LL FIND AT WINE PARIS: Hall 4, Stand C279.
The official debut of UNSIGNED. will take place at Wine Paris (February), where the platform will present 61 producers on 55 stands from 17 different countries, offering buyers a focused and commercially relevant discovery experience.
Appointments can be made directly via the UNSIGNED. website or through the Vinexpo platform.

aaaaa aa aa aa aa aa aa aaA PINOT NOIR THAT BREATHES THE AUSTRIAN KAMPTAL
A fine intuition for wine and Kamptal’s perfect conditions for viticulture characterise the wines of vintner Christoph Edelbauer. The vineyards focus lies - besides Grüner Veltliner and Riesling - on Pinot Noirs, every drop captures the region's soils and climate.
Between loess, limestone, and loam, where Kamptal unfolds its gentle hills, Christoph Edelbauer’s winery claims a perfect spot. Visitors will quickly understand: these wines are more than product – they are an expression of the landscape. The rhythm of nature dictates the work; every grape is picked by hand, and every site is tended with care.
Christoph Edelbauer winery relies on organic-biological cultivation and traditional craftsmanship. This results in wines that embody both clarity and authenticity. This is particularly evident in the Pinot Noir. The sensitive and demanding grape variety finds ideal conditions in Kamptal: cool nights, sunny days, and calcareous soils.
The vineyard’s 12 hectares are located across three different sites – Ried Spiegel, Ried Käferthal, and Ried Steinhaus – and thus offer varying conditions for independent and complex Pinot Noirs. Each site imparts its own character and typicity to the grapes, resulting in wines that are distinctive and unmistakable.
The result? A Pinot Noir of remarkable elegance and depth — a wine that reflects its origin and tells a pure, honest story of nature.

Sanctum is a boutique winery in Loce, in the Styrian region of Slovenia, producing wines in the Burgundian style.
Our vineyards lie in the hills above the town of Loče, an area with a rich winemaking heritage dating back to the 12th century, when Carthusian monks arrived from France, bringing invaluable viticultural knowledge.
Recognizing the area’s exceptional conditions—comparable to Burgundy—they selected soils, climates, and exposures ideally suited to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Blaufränkisch, choosing terroirs that still form the foundation of our vineyards today. Genetic studies have traced Blaufränkisch’s origins precisely to this micro-location.
A distinctive hallmark of our estate is Syrah—a variety rarely associated with Styrian Slovenia, yet thriving here in our cooler climate.
The name Sanctum means “something hidden and sacred.”
With precision and respect for nature, we produce wines that capture the distinctive minerality of our marl soils and the complexity of our cool climate.
We farm sustainably and believe that great wine is born in the vineyard. Grapes are hand-picked, and each plot is vinified separately with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts. The wines mature without additives in French barriques and 500-liter barrels of French and Slavonian oak. Our aim is to create elegant, balanced, and pure wines that truly express our unique terroir.
The Sonnenmulde organic winery of the Schreiner family is located in Gols, one of the most famous and successful wine-growing communities in Austria. There, on the north-eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, the estate has been owned by our family for many generations. The name Sonnenmulde originated from a vineyard situated in a hollow and the logo, the vine-crowned sun, has always been on the label of our wines. Excellent soils and the best climatic conditions are the foundation on which we grow our wines. We focus on fruity, clear and typical wines, which especially reflect the climate and the character of the soil. All wines are developed vegan. Many years of experience combined with an uncompromising dedication to organic farming and the highest standards in vineyards and cellar alike, guarantee top quality in all wine categories. Numerous top results in national and international wine competitions every year are proof of this and encourage us to stick to our philosophy.
We grow typical Austrian Grape varieties such as GRÜNER VELTLINER, Welschriesling, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and St. Laurent, but also internationaly well known varieties like Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Due to our special climate around the lake Neusiedl our region is famous for sweet and dessert wines which we have in our porfolio as well as well.
