The Grand Cercle des Vins de Bordeaux (Grand Circle of Bordeaux Wines) is made up of 110 talented Châteaux from the Right and Left Bank areas of the Bordeaux winegrowing region. They represent a very diverse and complementary mix of 27 different appellations, demonstrating that Bordeaux produces quality wines to suit every occasion and budget.
"In these difficult times for our wines, the Grand Cercle is a real springboard for the Châteaux Talents who choose to join us.
The experience of its members, the diversity of their wines, the pooling of costs, the strict selection of its members, and their solidarity are real assets in developing the visibility of each of us, both with the press and critics and with professionals in France and abroad", Philippe de Poyferré, Président.
"A family vineyard, independent producer and one of the references of Fronsac wines".
Owned by the Vayron family for eight generations, the Château Bourgneuf vineyard covers 9-hectares in one unique holding located in the heart of Pomerol, on the plateau adjacent to Chateau Trotanoy.
The history of Château Bourgneuf is one of passing on a heritage, a place, knowledge and expertise. It is also a story of attachment, of a very strong bond with the stones, the soil, the illumination of the place, and the work carried out with great attention to detail, from the Vine to the Wine.

Originally built in the 16th century by Seigneur Baude de Peyron and redesigned in the 18th and 19th centuries, Château de Reignac is a historical treasure. A remarkable greenhouse designed by Gustave Eiffel adds a touch of architectural marvel to the estate. Since acquiring Reignac in 1990, Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot have meticulously restored its grandeur while introducing cutting-edge innovations in winemaking. With the expertise of world-renowned oenologist Michel Rolland, Reignac has earned its reputation as one of the most distinctive properties in Bordeaux.
Spanning 145 hectares, including 75 hectares of vineyards and 35 hectares of protected forest, Château de Reignac is a sanctuary of biodiversity. Its diverse ecosystem includes a lake, fields, wetlands, and fallows, fostering a harmonious balance between nature and agriculture. The estate’s terroir is shaped by ancient geological formations like Molasse du Fronsadais, marlstone, and Castillon limestone, which provide ideal conditions for growing exceptional vines with natural drainage and optimal sun exposure.
Guided by a dedication to sustainability, Château de Reignac takes a holistic approach to winemaking. The estate’s team actively works to protect and preserve its environment, ensuring a thriving and balanced ecosystem for generations to come.
Château de Reignac’s wines consistently rival Bordeaux’s grands crus classés in quality, delivering complexity, finesse, and pleasure at an accessible price. Our commitment to excellence, from vineyard to cellar, is reflected in every bottle.
