A beautiful vineyard in the heart of Anjou, taken over in January 2024 by Eloïse and Matthieu Dupont. A historic Anjou estate, founded in 1755.
The entire estate has been undergoing organic conversion since the takeover in 2024.
We are fortunate to be located at the confluence of Anjou Blanc and Anjou Noir. As a result, we have a wide variety of soil types across our vineyards. Natural ground cover is maintained throughout the estate.
Our winemaking methods are minimally invasive, using as few additives as possible and indigenous yeasts. We take the time to age our wines beautifully, with a focus on quality for our different cuvées.
Almost all of our cuvées are single-vineyard, in order to showcase each terroir of the estate. We therefore offer a wide range of wines in the following appellations:
- Anjou Blanc: 3 vintage
- Anjou-Villages: 3 vintage
- Rosé de Loire
- Cabernet d'Anjou
- Crémant de Loire: 3 vintage
- Coteaux du Layon
- IGP Val de Loire Blanc (Chardonnay)
- IGP Val de Loire Rouge (1 Gamay and 1 Grolleau)
La Collégiale des Domaines de Loire is the oldest group of wine producers in France. Loire Valley is the 3rd wine area in France with quality wines at affordable prices.
Thus in 1988, some small independent family owned estates in Loire Valley went into partnership to develop their exports by sharing a sales team and resources (warehouse, administrative management, …).
With now 11 associate estates and more than 60 partner estates, we are able to provide you with all the AOC and IGP of the Loire Valley from Muscadet to Sancerre including Saumur, Vouvray and Chinon for example. Discover all our wines vinified and bottled directly at the estates by passionate winegrowers, taking advantage of the possibility to mix several appellations on the same pallet. Appreciate all the richness and diversity of Loire wines via a single contact, a single point of collection and invoicing. The wine list is not exhaustive, please contact us for any interest or need. We also have some partner estates out of Loire Valley (eg. Rhone, Roussillon,...).

Independent and family own estate, Domaine de Rocheville is located on the limestone escarpment of the Loire, in the area of Saumur Champigny (AOC). We elaborate high quality fine wines, red, white and "rosé", each year awarded in great competitions and wine guides.
From Rocheville's creation in 2004, we pay a lot of attention to our soils , our environment and the health of our employees and consummers: our grapes are sustainably grown without chemical intrants, hand-harvested and carefully vinified. Our wines are all Organic certified ( "Agriculture Biologique" and European certification ). Since October 2013 our new winery combines state of the art technology for vinifications and traditional way of ageing for one of the best tasting experience for Loire Valley wines.
Our plot-by-plot work has also been culminating since 2023 in a new labelling of the wines based on their geography.
You'll be charmed by our range of Saumur Champigny (red, 100% Cabernet Franc), their typicity, and their elegant and well balanced personality. We offer 4 different wines from a lively and fruity Le Page/Les Pierres Blanches 2023 to a structured and full-bodied Le Fou du Roi/ Les Rétis 2014 which can be kept in cellar for still several years.
Soils in Parnay ( where our vinyard is located) are also known for years for their accordance to Chenin Blanc . The grace and minerality of our white Saumur Blancs (100% Chenin) will surprise you.
And you'll enjoy our dry, tender and subtle Saumur "rosé" (100% Cabernet Franc).

Coming from the North of France, the Desgrousilliers family switched from growing cereals and dairy farming to growing vines and wine making. Ever since 2002, we cultivate our parcels with full enthousiasm. Our parcel called "La Butte" is the highest peak in Loire Valley (120m of altitude) located in the midst of the Saumur region. The sister/brother duo, Justine and Joffrey, took over their parents, Hervé and Christine, and are now co-managing the estate, specialized in sparkling wine, most specifically "Fine Bubbles". The 32 ha estate has been labelled High Environmental Value (HEV) level 3 since 2018. We always aime to reduce our environmental impact everyday and within the company :
1) We have been sowing plants to use it as vegetal covers for 6 years, protecting and nurishing our soils, and boosting the biodiversity in the parcels.
2) Our boxes are re-usable. We get them back from our clients and partners.
3) 90% of our bottles are also re-usable. We collect the empty bottles, specified for re-use, send them to a company that will wash and store them, and then we receive new and/or re-used bottles to continue the cycle.
Wines in Moulin de l'Horizon are quite special : refreshing and aromatic, full of flavour and an elegant maturity. All is the result of the slow but progressive development of our expertise from the vines to the winery. All our wines are grown, vinified, blended and bottled with our care, the true prowess of an Independant Winegrower.
After completing his studies in 2012, Mickaël Salmon became wineworker in an estate for two years before returning to the family farm in 2014, where he began to integrate into all levels of the farm. In February 2015, he left for New Zealand to work in a winery in the Marlborough Valley for several months. He takes the opportunity to visit vineyards around the world. He returned in July 2019, and joined forces with his father on the family domain, Salmon. At the same time, Mickaël decided to create his little domain in organic conversion in order to bring a different approach to the vineyard and the cellar. He selects several fairly specific terroirs to produce only single-plot vintages in white and red. Today Domaine Lucas-Salmon covers 9 hectares of Melon Blanc, Folle Blanche, Pinot Gris, Gamay and Pinot Noir. The wines are aged in underground vats, barrels, or in clay amphoraes in order to provide the beautiful oxygenation which now characterizes Mickaël's wines so well. The work in the vineyard is conscientious : the soils are fully plowed, and the team carries out a green harvest each spring. Today, the vintages are distributed throughout France, in fine restaurants and wine merchants, as well as for export. In addition to Mickaël, two wineworkers work in the vineyards, and Mickaël's wife devotes herself to the commercial side with him. The name Lucas, associated with the name Salmon, pays homage to Mickaël's great-grandparents who were also winegrowers in Landes Devin.
