The first French PDO cider is produced in Normandy in the natural region of Pays d'Auge It is crafted from selected local cider apple varieties, naturally rich in sugars, and stands out for the finesse and complexity of its aromas.
The palate is elegant and perfectly balanced between soft and slightly bitter flavors.
With a slow alcoholic fermentation and natural bottle refermentation, it aims to be the most direct expression of the apple.

The Cotentin appellation (PDO) area is located in the Manche department. It nurtures its orchard in the heart of the bocage, on plots with deep soils protected by natural hedges. The quality of the harvest is optimized by the orchard's permanent grass cover, which cushions the fall of the fruits.
The local varieties, predominantly bittersweet, contribute to a pleasing mouthfeel and guarantee the bitter freshness of Cotentin cider, which becomes even more pronounced when the product's label bears the "Extra Brut" designation.

The Poiré Domfront (Domfront perry) finds its roots in a traditional orchard of pear trees unique in Europe, planted in deep and fresh soils. Through the emphasis to "nature" in its production methods (local varieties of perry pear, slow fermentation, natural bottle refermentation), the Domfront perry expresses not only its terroir but also the vintage that brought it into being.
Both rounded and distinctive, thanks to the flagship variety of the appellation, "Plant de Blanc," this rare product plays with a balance of sweetness and acidity, heightened by a hint of astringency.
