The Poiré Domfront (Domfront perry) finds its roots in a traditional orchard of pear trees unique in Europe, planted in deep and fresh soils. Through the emphasis to "nature" in its production methods (local varieties of perry pear, slow fermentation, natural bottle refermentation), the Domfront perry expresses not only its terroir but also the vintage that brought it into being. 

Both rounded and distinctive, thanks to the flagship variety of the appellation, "Plant de Blanc," this rare product plays with a balance of sweetness and acidity, heightened by a hint of astringency.
