An amaretto is almonds, noble ingredients, a process of maceration, filtration, and ageing. It is beautiful and refined. Over time, this liqueur has lost its quality and its splendor.
In 2020, as with any good story, ours begins in a restaurant at the end of a meal. We order an amaretto and are disappointed by its excessive sweetness, its lack of finesse and authenticity. From that moment, we felt it was our mission to restore this product to its former beauty. After 19 months of dedication in search of the perfect recipe, we created our Amande Honorable Tradition.
M&P Spirits is the meeting point between tradition and modernity, bringing amaretto back to the place it deserves in restaurants, gastronomy, and cocktails.
We strive to be a modern company—attuned to new trends, riding different vibes, and constantly seeking innovation. We now have 4 different amarettos : Tradition, Grand Amaretto, Amaretto Lemon and Amaretto 0%.

Dans leur format bouteille de 330 ml prêt à déguster, les cocktails Le Coq, élaborés à partir de vin tranquille, offrent un parfait équilibre entre saveurs et élégance, rappelant celles des cocktails les plus connus. Avec un taux d’alcool léger de 4,7 %, ils sont idéaux pour savourer un moment convivial, sans excès.
La société présentera également sa gamme de mocktails, actuellement en plein développement, pour des expériences sans alcool tout aussi raffinées.
Located in Gembloux (Belgium), Brasserie Bertinchamps is an independent family brewery housed in a fully restored 15th-century farmhouse brewery. Gervin is a story that began in 1976 with my father, Germain — like a magical journal filled with a deep love for fine products, quality, and craftsmanship.
With degrees in hotel management and marketing, I joined the family business in 2002. Six years later, inspired by the momentum of our new location in Baugnies, I set out to write a new chapter and breathe new life into the distillery.
As both a heartfelt tribute to my father and a celebration of boldness and innovation, the reputation of Distillerie Gervin has grown around a rich and diverse portfolio of spirits, liqueurs, and apéritifs.
From an exceptional copper still, I distill the soul of delicate blends of fruits, botanicals, and grains, producing rare, refined nectars. With every batch, my wish remains the same: that the fruit of my passion may surprise and delight even the most discerning palates.

Founded in 1836, the Radermacher distillery is the oldest in Belgium. Today, an experienced team is still producing a wide range of grain and fruit spirits, liqueurs and aperitifs. Since a lot of years, it is also part of the small group of Belgian whisky producers and is the first to have started the development of an organic product range. Two centuries of expertise and a rigorous selection of its raw materials go some way towards explaining the distillation secrets of the Radermacher distillery. Uncompromising on quality, it remains faithful to ancestral traditions and recipes while bowing to the demands of modern production, which come together to create distillates of an exceptional purity.
