Gervin is a story that began in 1976 with my father, Germain — like a magical journal filled with a deep love for fine products, quality, and craftsmanship.
With degrees in hotel management and marketing, I joined the family business in 2002. Six years later, inspired by the momentum of our new location in Baugnies, I set out to write a new chapter and breathe new life into the distillery.
As both a heartfelt tribute to my father and a celebration of boldness and innovation, the reputation of Distillerie Gervin has grown around a rich and diverse portfolio of spirits, liqueurs, and apéritifs.
From an exceptional copper still, I distill the soul of delicate blends of fruits, botanicals, and grains, producing rare, refined nectars. With every batch, my wish remains the same: that the fruit of my passion may surprise and delight even the most discerning palates.
