An amaretto is almonds, noble ingredients, a process of maceration, filtration, and ageing. It is beautiful and refined. Over time, this liqueur has lost its quality and its splendor.

In 2020, as with any good story, ours begins in a restaurant at the end of a meal. We order an amaretto and are disappointed by its excessive sweetness, its lack of finesse and authenticity. From that moment, we felt it was our mission to restore this product to its former beauty. After 19 months of dedication in search of the perfect recipe, we created our Amande Honorable Tradition.

M&P Spirits is the meeting point between tradition and modernity, bringing amaretto back to the place it deserves in restaurants, gastronomy, and cocktails.
