5th generation of winemaker at Château d'Epiré, Savennières (1882). I took over the family estate in 2018.

We produce Savennières AOP in Anjou noir.

Vines of Chenin blanc grow on schist just above the Loire which produce a terroir wine. After hand picking, wines are aged in a twelve centurys church saved and transformed into a cellar in 1906.

We're in our 3rd and last year of organic conversion.
