Bienvenue à la Cave Talmard Mallory, Benjamin et Marco, nous sommes un domaine familiale située dans le sud de la Bourgogne à Uchizy. Nous exploitons 42 hectares de vignes dans le Nord du mâconnais et nous produisons 380 000 cols chaque année. Nous sommes sur un mono cépage qui est le chardonnay, avec différente appellation dont Mâcon-Uchizy, Mâcon-Chardonnay ou encore Mâcon-Lugny.

Welcome to Cave Talmard Mallory, Benjamin and Marco. We are a family-run estate located in Uchizy, in southern Burgundy. We cultivate 42 hectares of vines in northern Mâconnais and produce 380,000 bottles each year. We grow a single grape variety, Chardonnay, with different appellations including Mâcon-Uchizy, Mâcon-Chardonnay and Mâcon-Lugny.
