The Port & Douro Wines Institute (IVDP) hosts 57 producers at Wine Paris, showcasing the extraordinary diversity and quality of the Douro, a region celebrated worldwide for its exceptional wines.

We invite visitors to our stand to explore a unique winegrowing region that produces both the iconic Port and the increasingly acclaimed Douro wines. The Douro’s remarkable mosaic of indigenous grape varieties and terroirs gives rise to a wide multiplicity of styles — from elegant whites and expressive reds to fresh rosés and, in Port, vibrant Rubies, aged Tawnies and renowned Vintage Ports.

This year, the Douro was honoured as “International Wine Region of the Year” at the Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards 2025, recognising the region’s consistency in quality, its cultural and landscape heritage, and its global significance in the world of wine.
