Château La Rabotine returned to the heart of the estate in 2021. It belonged to my winemakers grandparents in the 1960s and we were able to buy it back in 2010.

We are the 4th generation of winegrowers on the 12ha family estate in the Sancerre appellation, in the little town of Sury-en-Vaux. We produce around 80,000 bottles/year.

We are HVE 3 certified and in organic conversion (3rd year of conversion).

Our motto is to give all its power to time.

Today, thanks to the heritage of our ancestors, we wish to devote ourselves more to respecting our soils, our environment and the natural rhythms of the vine. The technical evolution of our profession and our desire to make an ever more balanced and expressive wine allow this and seem essential to us today.

We like to take our time observing all this biodiversity so that our grapes develop in the most beautiful way.
