A round table and blind tasting organised by BIVC to explore the age worthiness of Centre-Loire wines. Two vintages - one recent and an older one - of four Centre-Loire wines will be tasted blind by producers and Chris Kissack, author of Wine Doctor. Featured wines will be available to taste by the audience during and after the round table. The wines of Centre-Loire gather and unifies 8 PDOs and two PGIs : Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon, Quincy, Reuilly, les Coteaux du Giennois, Châteaumeillant, Pouilly-sur-Loire, les Côtes de la Charité et les Coteaux de Tannay.
