With the exceptional presence of Pierre Munier, 2025 World Cocktail Champion, The Cocktail Pairing Experience invites you to dive into the art of cocktail and food pairing, in partnership with the Association des Barmen de France.

On stage, two bartenders will take on a creative challenge: crafting the perfect cocktail pairing for an exclusive bite from Tina, the restaurant led by Chefs Cristina and Pierre Chomet. This culinary creation will serve as the starting point for a bold and inspiring mixology performance.

Balance, flavor, presentation and emotion will be key, as each mixologist designs a cocktail that not only stands out on its own, but also elevates and complements the Chefs’ cuisine.
