Presentation of the wine-growing territories and landscapes of the main native Sicilian grape varieties.
Evolution of the oenological profile of Sicilian wines from Marsala (1783) to the present day. Diversity of the island's terroirs with particular emphasis on heroic viticulture (Etna, the islands, and inland Sicilian areas) and the DOC and DOCG zones.

Guided tasting of the main wines produced in the various DOP areas of the island, using the most representative native Sicilian varieties, highlighting the organoleptic characteristics of the wines presented.

The tasting will include wines produced with the following varieties: Catarratto, Grillo, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Perricone, Nocera, and finally the historic DOC wine Marsala.
