This year, Wines of Centre-Loire merge with the culinary art of sushi to bring you an exceptional masterclass. Guided by Leslie Brochot aka @maitresdaccords and renowned sushi chef Eric Ticana, this masterclass invites you to explore the perfect balance between the freshness and complexity of Centre-Loire wines and the delicacy of raw fish.

During this tasting, white, red and rosé wines from the Centre-Loire region will be sublimated through unique creations, where textures and flavors will blend to offer you an unforgettable taste experience.

The wines presented will be available for free tasting at the end of the masterclass in our dedicated Sushi Bar.
