Vibrant white color with golden hues, rich and creamy in the mouth. Earthy aromas of flint with subtle hints of lemon blossoms, citrus, apricot and green apple, combined with the sweet notes from its stay in oak barrels. A well-structured robust and gastronomic Assyrtiko, with strong acidity, complex character and a noticeable touch of oak.
