A white wine of great personality, where the emblematic grape variety of Provence, the Rolle, is ennobled and sublimated by a blend of cuvées aged in amphorae and half-muids. Incredibly complex, this signature wine offers a mouth both ample and chiseled delivering a wide range of aromas of apricot, exotic fruits and jasmine enhanced by subtle touches of vanilla and ginger.

- Select plot: Planted in 2011 and in 2016, the Rolle vines that gave this vintage of wine are grown on the coolest and sheltered plots of the estate, nestled in a valley framed by forests. The two plots had been harvested at different stages of maturity and aged in different containers (half-muid and amphora) for an ‘haute couture’ blend.

- On the nose: expressive and complex nose mixing white flowers and exotic fruits.
- On the palate: incredibly complex, this wine reveals a rich and elegant palette of aromas harmoniously combining touches of apricot, exotic fruits (pineapple) enhanced by notes of white flowers (jasmine). The finish reveals subtle notes of ginger and vanilla. The mouth has a very nice balance and a remarkable length.
