SENSORY EXPERIENCE
- Color: deep, brilliant purple with purplish highlights
- On the nose: intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant mixed with notes of thyme, cistus and sweet spices.
- On the palate: a full, tender, velvety attack. The fruit aromas come through with intensity, with bigarreau cherry rounding out the aromatic palette, combined with mocha and menthol notes, giving way to a finish with hints of thyme, licorice and clove. The tannins are powerful and already very silky.
