It defies time and storms. Stretching over 180 meters, it is always the first parcel to be harvested: meet “Les Noues” (pronounced “no”).
Here, in Chigny-les-Roses, our flagship grape variety finds its purest expression, elevated by the character of old vines and vinification in foudres and oak barrels.

Fermented in a 10 hL foudre and oak barrels of 2.28 hL and 4.5 hL, malolactic fermentation blocked, three bâtonnages, no racking, cork closure, 12.6%, SO₂ 50 mg/L
