Located in Ludes, this vineyard takes its name from the bleating of sheep that once grazed there. Its wine brings together fruit-driven Pinot Noir and chalky Chardonnay notes, all wrapped in a subtle woody expression thanks to vinification in foudres and oak barrels.

Vinification:
Fermented in foudres (10 hL) and oak barrels (2.28 hL and 4.50 hL), malolactic fermentation blocked, low SO₂ (51 mg/L), bâtonnage performed three times
