La Blanchette est une absinthe blanche authentique, produite par la Distillerie Combier entre 1899 et 1915, puis réintroduite en 2006 dans les mêmes alambics historiques. De style « suisse » avec une dominante anisée, sa composition herbacée et parfumée est enrichie par des notes fruitées et végétales, issues de l’anis, du fenouil et de la grande absinthe.
L’absinthe Blanchette se consomme allongée d’eau fraîche, offrant un trouble lacté et givré qui crée une sensation soyeuse en bouche.
La Blanchette is an authentic white absinthe, produced by the Distillerie Combier between 1899 and 1915, then reintroduced in 2006 in the same historic stills. Swiss’ in style with a dominant aniseed flavour, its herbaceous and fragrant composition is enriched by fruity and vegetal notes of anise, fennel and grand wormwood.
Blanchette absinthe is drunk with fresh water, offering a milky, frosty cloudiness that creates a silky sensation in the mouth.
