An exceptional champagne, unique, with the “Dumangin reserve” carried on year on year since 1962 (probably longer but only record we have is 1962 the date the 4thgeneration of Dumangin started working). Kept in stainless steel after the 1980s, we decided to age 40% of the reserve in barrels for re-blending with the rest a year later and bottle it. A true gem in the champagne world brought to you by the Alchimiste en Champagne
