Ethica Wines announces that it has entered into an agreement with Interprocom Cantine Divine (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Ethica Wines Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. The agreement was signed on Monday, February2, 2026, with final closing scheduled for April 30, 2026. The transaction reinforces the group’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market and supports the development of a focused, scalable platform dedicated exclusivelyto Italian wines.
