This 15 ha (37 acres) familly estate created in the mid 90's is spread over 4 villages, on an excellent clay and limestone terroir for our grapes (Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris rosé).
Pascal Dethune elaborates varietal wines around 3 ranges :
- Tradition : for our Reuilly terroir (white, red, rosé)
- Les Sables : an exclusive plot wine (white, rosé)
- Dagobert : old vines softly oaked ! (white, red)
Markets are focussed on traditional network (Restaurant, wine shops), in France and abroad.
HVE Certified, on the way to organic !
The Domaine des Hauts du Clos is a family-owned 20-hectare estate located in Carcès, in the Var department, within the Côtes de Provence appellation.
In the heart of the “Green Provence,” the terroir is clay-limestone, with a mild semi-continental climate that makes it the core of the Côtes de Provence production area.
This Protected Designation of Origin is today the most sought-after for rosé wines.
Although the coastline (Saint-Tropez) is about fifty kilometers from the estate, it still retains the tranquility of Provençal villages during the summer season.
The grape varieties grown on the estate are Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Rolle.
This diversity produces silky, fresh wines that express the full minerality and smoothness of the fruit.
We are certified HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3. This certification guarantees that our vineyard management is sustainable, conservative, and respectful of biodiversity as well as the various topographical elements of the ecosystem.
We harvest exclusively at night (between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.) to obtain the freshest possible grapes, ensuring minimal oxidation and excellent quality of the free-run juice.
The pressing technique used is known as “direct pressing” in a closed-cage pneumatic press. Oxidation is nearly zero, and the skin-contact maceration is very short, which allows for pale colors while preserving aromas.
The distinctive feature of the estate is our “cold” vinification, between 14 and 16 °C instead of the usual 17 to 19 °C, carried out in enamelled concrete tanks. This process takes longer but results in wines that are far more aromatic and expressive, offering round, silky profiles with no bitterness or acidity.
We develop export for a few French family wineries. Settled next to Nantes since 2010, of course we offer Loire Valley wines, but also wines from other French vineyards :

Vignoble Jean Médeville is a family-owned estate founded in 1826, nearly two centuries ago, and rooted in Cadillac, south of Bordeaux.
For eight generations, the estate’s story has been shaped—much like Bordeaux itself—along both banks of the Garonne River. From Graves to Entre-Deux-Mers, via Sauternes and the hillsides of Cadillac, each property has its own identity, terroir, and character.
Today, the vineyard covers 130 hectares, forming a true mosaic of terroirs. This diversity allows for the production of a wide range of dry white, red, rosé, clairet, sweet and sparkling wines, crafted under eight appellations: Bordeaux, Graves, Cadillac, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, Sauternes, Entre-Deux-Mers, Crémant and Premières Côtes.
Today, the siblings — Charles, Anne and Clémence — have joined their father and uncle at the estate, together embodying the 8th generation of Vignobles Jean Médeville & Fils. Guided by seven generations of expertise and passion, they uphold a transgenerational vision of wine, combining tradition, innovation and commitment, with a constant focus on quality and consistency.
aConvinced that wine is above all a product of connection, sharing and joy, Vignobles Jean Médeville & Fils are always delighted to welcome professionals and wine lovers to Château Fayau, the estate’s historic home, or to accompany partners in the field, in France and abroad.
Château TOURNEFEUILLE is situated in the commune of Néac within the sound of the church bells. Its vines cover 18 hectares forming one entity around the château, fermenting room and wine store. But what makes this estate special is the magnificent slopes on which it is perched, affording a wonderful view.
Lit up in the afternoon by the hot sun of the south and bathed in orange light at sunset, it dominates the Barbanne valley. This river gently meanders between Pomerol and Néac, forming the hold border separating the former English and French seigneuries.
Today it separates the seigneuries of Pomerol and Lalande, offering a splendid view of the Pétrus plateau.
If history and landscape give this wine a definite attraction, the land is also part of the wine. Château TOURNEFEUILLE extends a unit of 17 hectares of vines, gathered around the chateau and its cellar, spread over 4 distinct terroirs:
A south facing hillside, based on a very nice clay soil with very good water regulation ; the wines express roundness and density, strength and length;
A gravel ridge forming the top of the hill; grape maturity is early, the wines are elegant and complex;
A second north facing hillside, on beautiful gravelly clays, it is a revelation in hot vintages;
A plateau clay-loam soils, developing towards the village of Néac, where the wines are powerful and
structured.
Merlot and cabernet franc derive from this land all their complexity by easily reaching perfect ripeness and quality.
