With almost 30 years of experience in international markets, we care about maintaining the quality and personality of our wines through a comprehensive relationship in all our processes, such as the optimal work of our vineyards, the different winemaking styles, various aging strategies wine as: Oak wood, clay pots and concrete eggs, which generates a constant search for character in our terroir, to finally capture it in our bottles and customers.
We are responsible for different oenological projects that rescue the character of the Maule Valley, from the mountain range to the coast, producing world-renowned wines.
Following high standards of quality and production, it is respect for the grape that drives us as a winemaking philosophy, which grows in long-lived vineyards. We make sure that our wines have a balanced use of wood, with the aim of micro-oxygenating and improving their evolution, respecting the aromas and intense fruitiness of our grapes. This allows us to have a wide range of wines recognized for being elegant, aromatic and of quality worldwide.
The owner families have been linked to the region and its agriculture
tradition, moving from traditional farming (vegetables and grains)
growing and lately to wine grapes and apples. This new age in the
agricultural business leads the way to the foundation of the winery in
2001, after realizing the potential their farms had.
One of the head houses was actually built back in 1850. Hence the origin
of the winery’s name Casas Patronales.
Soil conditions, climate, agronomic management
and oenology of a place define the terroir, which is
expressed in distinctive and unique wines. It can
be perceived as a ecosystem that results from the
association -in a given place- of a type of soil, a
topography, a microclimate, from the root of the
plants, the variety, and the people.

La Junta Wines brings together family, friends, and all beloved ones when you want to celebrate, to share, or to spend a nice time with them. Traditions such as ramadas, horse racing, rodeos, and chinchineros were part of our summer season in the farm Los Pocillos, San Clemente, 7th region of Chile. Summertime full of sunshine and outdoor activities (outdoor life) accompanied by dozens of cousins, relatives, parents and grandparents had a great impact on us in our youth (marked our youth).
Those memories, the family legacy and the passion for nature is what has brought us together to La Junta.
Viña La Rosa, was founded two centuries ago, nestled in the Cachapoal Valley, Peumo, where the historic traditions of its founders coexist day-to-day with all of us who work there.
Our vineyards are located in three very diverse areas: La Rosa, Cornellana and La Palmería. Our historic estate is surrounded by the Chilean Coastal Range, a formation that dates back from the Cretaceous period and that greatly influences our local climate, providing for a very distinctive and interesting diversity of soils that ensures variety, character, and complexity to our wines.
To be noble is a virtue that exists intuitively. To be admired, respected, trusted.
Our land is humble and honest, unaware of its virtues. And how its way of being ...teaches all around it.
