Bodega San Gregorio SCL, located in the town of Cervera de la Cañada and part of the Calatayud Designation of Origin, was founded in 1965 and has an average annual production of around 2 million kilos.
We offer a wide range of wines and brands, including reds, rosés, and whites.
Our selection includes young wines, aged wines, and reserve wines, made with different grape varieties, primarily Garnacha and Tempranillo, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Bobal, and Mazuelo for reds, and Macabeo for whites.
The exceptional conditions of the vineyard are the result of a combination of factors, so difficult to achieve, such as soil, relief, altitude or extreme climate, resulting in moderate productions, without phytosanitary problems, which is evident in the final quality of the product and long maturation, thus obtaining very well structured wines, with their own character and personality, color and very aromatic, which we hope visitors can discover with us at our stand.

El Grillo y La Luna (‘The Cricket and The Moon’) is a family business which was born in Barbastro, North East of Spain in the region of Aragón, very close to the Pyrenees in 2007 with the aim of creating wines with soul and a unique character.
Spanish and native grapes like Garnacha and Tempranillo share the vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer or Syrah. It is undoubtedly their ageing that sets the wines from this Somontano winery apart. With 53 hectares of vines, this is one of the smallest wineries in this D.O in the Aragon region. Here the entire crop is harvested and selected by hand. The date of the harvest is not laid down by regulations, but determined by going out into the vineyards and tasting the grapes.
“Patience” is the byword at this winery, we wait for the optimum ripeness of each grape variety in each plot.
At El Grillo y La Luna, good things come to those who wait. Because we believe that good wine starts in the vineyards, our wines are produced in an unhurried fashion, respecting the uniqueness of each vintage as much as possible, and are only released for sale when they are ready.
12 lunas wines express freshness and Grillo wines express more complexity and intensity but always wines that expresses the grape and the place where come from
Founded in 1867, Langa Family is the oldest winery in Aragón and one of the few century-old family-run wineries still active today. Now in the hands of the fifth generation, Langa Family works with high-altitude vineyards, certified sustainable practices (organic, BRC, IFS), and a strong commitment to native grape varieties and disruptive projects such as GUEVO Wine and exclusive winemaking methods like Ethernum. Their dedication to quality and the land has positioned their wines in over 30 countries worldwide.
BSA, 1962, is characterized for growing indigenous Garnacha. Our natural environment make our vineyards a privilege of nature &an ideal scenario for organic farming:high altitude with a very favorable air circulation, an extreme climate enabling our grapes to have a slow ripening & a great acidity. Also, most of our vines are old vines from 35-100 years old influencing the fruit as a natural factor with a high concentration of aromas, colours &flavours. On the top of this,1/3 of our vineyards is certified as organic making BSA the winery in Aragon with the biggest production area of organic vineyards.Apart from this, the BSA staff is formed by a group of 25 motivated people that always work to get the best possible quality during the whole winemaking process(BRC& IFS).Our strong commitment & efforts to the BSA project have had its rewards having become the producers of several bestselling wines in the world & the reputation to be working with the most influential partners in the wine sector.
A leading winery in the region since 1944, Bodega San Valero has the longest history in Cariñena, and has benefitted from access to some of the most prominent vineyards in the region for 75 years.
The winery manages 500 grape growers cultivating over 4,000 hectars of vineyard as active members of the cooperative, where 90% of the vineyards surround the winery facility near the village of Cariñena.
Bodega San Valero focuses on indigenous varieties (Garnacha and Cariñena) which account for 70% of plantings. A long history in the region brings key advantages – some 20% of the Garnacha is classified as “old vines”, ranging from 30 to 100 years, and located at extreme altitudes in very rocky soils.
With its strong temperature contrasts, offers an optimal terroir for the elegant and fruity Garnacha: very dry and hot summers meet cool winters with little rainfall. The vines are planted on the stony soils in Salier and Buscher training. The stone layers can store the required moisture in the soil for a long time. This provides the vines with sufficient water even in the dry summers. During the grape harvest, special attention is paid to destemming the stalks. This prevents tannins from getting into the wine.
During the subsequent mash fermentation (26-28°C), French and American oak barrels are also used, which gives the popular Garnacha additional aroma.
The winery is considered one of the most progressive and sustainable wineries in Cariñena, combining a passion and respect for tradition with the most modern winemaking techniques that Europe has to offer. Sustainability is particularly close to Bodega San Valero's heart. Wherever possible, ecological processes and regional partners are used. For example, the bodega avoids the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers as far as possible and works mainly with regional suppliers to avoid long transport routes and to support the local economy. The members of San Valero are also socially committed: they promote local football and employ people with disabilities.
Cariñena lies in an outstanding geographical location due to its position along the axis connecting the Ebro Valley and the region of Levante. This position turns Cariñena into a true alternative link between the Basque Country and the Community of Valencia.
Its proximity to the French border makes Cariñena an interesting node in the cultural and commercial relationships with Europe.
Cariñena wine region, located in the Ebro River Valley, has an extension of 14.624 hectars of vineyards, distributed amongst 14 municipalities.
Around 1.540 winegrowers look after these vineyards, which constitute the main economic activity of the region.
