Our winery in Alsheim has been in our family since 1604, today in generations twelve and thirteen, and extends with sites between Nierstein and Alsheim over the core area of the Rheinhessen Rhine Plain. From lush loess terraces in Alsheim, stony limestone marl in Oppenheim and mineralic red slate in the Nierstein sites, on the famous Rote Hang, our grapes benefit from the full potential of the exceptional terroir of our region and built the ideal base for wines of elegance, character and expression.
