The story of Giovinco begins in the 20’s, when great-grandfather Vito bought the first strip of land in Sambuca di Sicilia.

Grandfather Carlo, Vito’s son, sows slowly and patiently reaps, increasing his passion and properties.

In 2006 the company is completely converted to organic.

Only in 2017 the brand "Giovinco" was born.

Today, Vito Giovinco, renowned winemaker, together with his nephew Antonino and the team carry on the tradition in the 50 hectares of the two family estates: in Sambuca di Sicilia and on Mount Etna; aiming at modernity, design, innovation and discovery, Yet mindful of its own history.

Bottles are the manifesto of these ideas.

In 2024, the story of Giovinco adds another exciting chapter: the opening of its new winery.

Not only a place dedicated to production, but a meeting place for winelovers and enthusiasts, who can immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere in contact with nature, participating in exclusive events and unforgettable tastings.
