The family estate of 28 ha is located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, in the small village of Préhy. Concerned about my environment, it is naturally that I turned to organic farming, for certification in 2023. The estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value). The Chablis and Burgundy appellations are produced on the estate.
