The Domaine des Malandes, created in Chablis in 1972 by Lyne Marchive, was taken over by her children Richard Rottiers and Amandine Marchive in 2018. There have made few changes, including the conversion to organic farming, which begins in 2019. The Domaine farms 30Ha in Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Crus and Chablis Grands Crus and vinifies two appellations of the great auxerrois: Saint Bris and Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre white. Guénolé Breteaudeau is in charge of the winemaking since 2006, with the goal of enhancing the terroir with elegant and delicate vinification.
Domaine Jessiaume – Santenay, Côte de Beaune
Founded in 1850 in Santenay, Domaine Jessiaume has embodied the elegance and authenticity of Burgundy. Owned by Dr. Jean-François Le Bigot, the estate farms 15 hectares of vineyards spread across the renowned appellations of Santenay, Auxey-Duresses, Beaune, Volnay and Pommard.
Certified organic since 2016 and following biodynamic principles, the domaine cultivates its vines with the utmost respect for biodiversity and soil life. Each parcel is tended individually, with an uncompromising focus on expressing the purity and identity of its terroir.
In the cellar, the approach is minimal-intervention: hand harvesting, meticulous sorting, indigenous yeast fermentations, and gentle extractions. Ageing takes place in carefully selected barrels, aiming for balance and precision rather than excess. The result is a collection of wines marked by finesse, depth, and a strong sense of place.
Producing around 80,000 bottles per year, Domaine Jessiaume stands for craftsmanship and authenticity, offering wines that reflect both their origin and the domaine’s commitment to a living, expressive Burgundy.

Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate has been managed since 1998 by Anne and Catherine Parent, 12th generation. In September 2024, Constance Fages-Parent, Catherine's daughter and 13th generation, returned to gradually take over the future leadership of the domaine.
