Our Story
Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc, near Pézenas, Villa Noria is a family-owned single-estate winery that champions organic viticulture. Spanning 75 hectares, our vineyard is cultivated with respect for nature, using sustainable practices to ensure the finest organic wines. Our state-of-the-art cellar, built in 2020, reflects our dedication to quality and innovation in every bottle.

Our Philosophy
Villa Noria is committed to meaningful viticulture, harmonizing with nature while minimizing synthetic additives in both vineyard and cellar. By employing agroforestry, planting hedges and trees, and embracing eco-conscious practices, we are reducing our carbon footprint and promoting biodiversity.

All Villa Noria wines are certified organic by Ecocert, vegan, and 50% are crafted without sulfites under the Méthode Nature label. Our commitment to quality has been recognized with accolades from:

We are the first winery to produce naturally fermented, alcohol-free organic wines without dealcoholization, aromatization, or denaturation. After three years of R&D, we proudly launched Levin 0%, an alcohol-free wine that preserves the true essence of the grape:

• Organic and preservative-free: The first alcohol-free wine with no added sulphites or artificial flavors.
• Natural fermentation: Using reintroduced indigenous yeast strains for an authentic wine experience.

Introducing Sobaie
Building on our expertise, we’ve developed Sobaie, an innovative fermented drink that fuses infused organic grape berries with a symbiotic culture of microorganisms (SCOBY). This unique process transforms sugars, tannins, and polyphenols into a naturally effervescent, refreshing beverage.
