With 70 hectares of vines divided between two Châteaux and 5 appellations (Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Crémant de Bordeaux, Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac), the Fournier family offers you a wide range of wines! The Château de Bonhoste, certified High Environmental Value since 2013, manages its vines using traditional methods of cultivation and integrated pest management. Indeed, they select and control the yields, optimising the maturity in order to preserve the authenticity during the maturing process and develop a better expression of the qualities of the terroir.
