Muscadet as our Signature, La Grenaudière as our Heritage
Mathilde OLLIVIER, a passionate oenologist and winemaker, represents the 8th generation of the estate. She carries forward the traditions of the Grenaudière winegrowers with deep conviction. Strongly attached to her native land and her family’s viticultural heritage, Mathilde is now breathing new energy into the vineyard, driven by a clear and ambitious corporate vision. She blends audacity, modernity, and innovation with one primary goal: to promote Muscadet across French, European, and international markets. Her commitment is to continue producing dry white wines of excellence.
As producers of wines made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, we craft Muscadet AC, Sèvre et Maine, Sèvre et Maine sur Lie, as well as the Cru Communal appellations of Clisson and Château-Thébaud. Our range also includes dry and sparkling dealcoholized wines, Pet Nat, Orange wine, ... Our wines are aged for anywhere between 6 months and 6 years—in stainless steel, underground tanks, egg-shaped fermenters, or oak barrels—to reveal the full potential of our Muscadet.
