• OUR TERROIR :

The Nicolas THEREZ vineyard (35 ha) was born in 2008 in the medieval village of Serres (LANGUEDOC).

This terroir at the foothills of the Pyrenees is the most south-eastern of the AOP LIMOUX - Haute Vallée de l'Aude: an unique location between Corbières, Fitou and Limoux.

This location in Cathar area gives to our wines freshness, low degree of alcoholand subtle acidity.

• OUR WINES :

Our CREMANTS de LIMOUX (White & Rosé) are refined and graceful. Our Traditional and Ancestral BLANQUETTESare well-balanced and fragrant.

We also make WHITE wines with a 100% Chardonnay aged in barrels and a delightful Chardonnay/Chenin blend.

Our RED winesare made of Pinot aged in barrel for one of the 2 vintages.

Recently, we have been making a 100% Mauzac and a 100% Carignan.

• OUR GOAL :

Our wines recognized for their quality and fineness are only distributed locally (SAQ in 2025).

We intend to form our first partnerships with distributors / brokers who wish to surprise and satisfy their clients.
